WEST BARNSTABLE – Tuesday evening, the West Barnstable Fire Department held a promotion and swearing-in ceremony. Eight recruits finished training and became Probationary Firefighters. They start responding to emergency calls tonight. Deputy Chief David Paananen administered the Oath of Office. Firefighters from left to right: Justin Medeiros, Sean Anderson, Roger Santos, Demi Miskiv, Christian Andrewski, Brenden Aiguier, Curtis Cottrell and Luke Walsh. Congratulations.
