YARMOUTH – One person was critically injured in an apparent scooter accident in Yarmouth. The accident happened shortly after 7 PM on South Street near Bass River Beach. Rescuers initially called for a MedFlight helicopter but rushed the victim to Cape Cod Hospital. Yarmouth Police are investigating the crash. Further details were not immediately available.
