MASHPEE – One person recieved burns to the hand in and two children escaped the house uninjured after a kitchen fire broke out at 108 Orchard Road in Mashpee around 8:15 AM Tuesday morning.
The fire was quickly extinguished with some cabinets being damaged.
An Ambulance was requested to the scene for transport but later canceled.
Cotuit Fire assisted at the scene.
The cause of the fire is being investigated by Mashpee Fire.
