FALMOUTH – One person was injured when their vehicle crashed into some trees in Falmouth Thursday afternoon. The crash happened Fresh Pond Road about 4:45 PM. The victim was taken to Falmouth Hospital with injuries that were serious but not life-threatening. Falmouth Police believe alcohol was a factor.
Meanwhile, about 7:45 PM, rescuers were called to Route 28 northbound just past Route 151 for a rollover into the woods. The driver was removed from the vehicle and taken to Falmouth Hospital for evaluation.
Then about 11:15 PM a vehicle rolled on its side on Sam Turner Road at Deep Pond Drive. The driver was able to get out of the vehicle and was treated and released at the scene Falmouth Police say the driver, William J. Dicroce, 54, of Cohasset was arrested on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, operating negligently to endanger and speeding.
