UPDATED: Orleans firefighters respond to blaze on Rock Harbor Road


ORLEANS  –
Orleans firefighters responded to a structure fire early Thursday morning at 76 Rock Harbor Road.

An Orleans police officer on routine patrol discovered the blaze about 5:30 AM.

Reports from the scene indicated there were flames showing from the building when crews arrived. Mutual aid was called in from Eastham, Brewster and Harwich as a second-alarm was struck.

Eversource told authorities there was no active power to the building.

There were no one home at the time of the fire and no injuries were reported.
