Orleans man facing drug charges after month long investigation

ORLEANSFrom Orleans Police: Following a month-long narcotics investigation from the Orleans Police Department, the Drug Enforcement Agency and the Boston Police Clandestine Drug Laboratory, an Orleans man was arrested this afternoon subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Route 6A in Orleans, Ma.

Peter V. Farnsworth, 60, of Orleans was taken into custody by Detective Sergeant Andrew McLaughlin shortly before 2:00 pm and charged with possession of class B and the unlawful manufacture of Methamphetamines. He is scheduled to be arraigned Monday, November 5th at 9:00 am.

Barnstable County Sherriff’s Office Criminal Investigators also assisted with the investigation.

Additional charges are pending.
