ORLEANS
– On at least three separate occasions over the last ten days the Orleans Police Department has responded to calls for Breaking and Entering and an attempted B&E to a residence, as well as a subject who had been caught rummaging through a vehicle in a driveway.

All calls were in the South Orleans area of town by Route 39 in the area of Cross Road. A resident in the area was able to obtain a couple of images from a property camera of a suspect that had been seen in the area of the latest call for service, and matches the description as reported.

The subject observed in these images appears to have a cloth disguising his face and is wearing a baseball cap. If this suspect looks familiar you are urged to call Detective Sergeant McLaughlin at (508)255-0117 x 105.

The Orleans Police Department is also urging all residents in town to report suspicious incidents immediately and to keep vehicles and homes locked and secured.
