Overturned truck spills gravel on Route 132 in Barnstable

BARNSTABLE – Just before 8 a.m. Tuesday an 18-wheel dump truck heading south on Route 132 in Barnstable Village overturned as it was making a left turn onto Attucks Lane spilling its load of gravel. The driver of the truck had a minor cut on his head and was treated at the scene. A front-end loader was called to remove the gravel to another truck. Traffic was limited to one lane northbound on Route 132. Barnstable police are investigating.
