HARWICH PORT – Harwich Fire and Police along with the Harbormaster rushed to the Sea Street beach for a reported paddleborder in trouble. With the help of a stranger the man made it to shore. With no life-jacket on he became exhausted and needed assistance. He declined medical attention once ashore.
