FALMOUTH – From Falmouth Police: Officers responded to a Montauk Rd address at the request of the state Probation Dept. A probation officer requested that a field breath test be administered to a female probationer who claimed that her home electronic monitoring equipment, including an alcohol breath test was not working. The probationer submitted to the test and it did indicate that she had consumed alcohol—a probation violation. As a result, the Probation Dept. issued an arrest warrant for the party. She was placed under arrest and transported to the station.
