HYANNIS – A pedestrian was seriously injured after reportedly being struck by a car in Hyannis. The crash happened at the intersection of South Street and High School Road around 4 PM Thursday. The victim was rushed to Cape Cod Hospital reportedly suffering head and chest trauma. The incident is under investigation by Barnstable Police.
