Updated: Person pistol-whipped, shots fired in Falmouth

FALMOUTH
– Falmouth Police report that on Wednesday at about 9:08 p.m., the police were called to a residence on Percival Road and were told by a victim that he had been struck on the head with a pistol and a suspect shot towards him. The three suspects (l-r), Vincent Carrol, 19, Ryan Lucas, 18, and Cordell DeCoster, 18, of Falmouth then fled the area. The victim suffered only minor injuries from being struck with the pistol. No one was injured by the gun fire.

During the investigation police determined that the incident had occurred around 4:50 p.m. and a search of the property revealed a bullet had struck the house and a vehicle in the driveway.

Arrest warrants were issued for all three suspects for Assault to Murder, Assault & Battery with a Dangerous Weapon (firearm), Possession/Carrying a Firearm without a License, and Discharging a Firearm within 500 Feet of a Dwelling. Vincent Carroll turned himself into police early Friday morning, Cordell DeCoster also later surrendered. Ryan Lucas is still being sought by police and are considered armed and dangerous.
