YARMOUTH – A minivan collided with a pole in Yarmouth shortly after 8 a.m. The crash happened on White’s Path just west of Dupont Avenue. The pole and wires came down forcing the closure of White’s Path. The operator escaped the vehicle and did not appear to be seriously injured. Power was knocked out to about 49 Eversource customers in the area. The crash is under investigation by Yarmouth Police. White’s Path was expected to be closed for an extended time.
