FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report that on Thursday afternoon officers arrested a Falmouth man and a Mashpee man for breaking into the Falmouth Cinema Pub.
Michael A. Geggatt, 26, of Falmouth (left) and Donald J. Goulart II, 26, of Mashpee (right) have been arrested on arrest warrants for Breaking & Entering in the Nighttime for a Felony and Maliciously Injuring Real or Personal Property.
On Thursday, officers were dispatched at 1:30 a.m. to the Falmouth Cinema Pub on Teaticket Highway for a burglary alarm. An investigation revealed that Geggatt and Goulart had broken into the cinema and taken empty cash receipt envelopes. They fled before police arrived.
At 12:41 p.m., with arrest warrants in-hand, police located Geggatt and Goulart and placed them in custody.
Geggatt and Goulart were due to be arraigned Thursday in Falmouth District Court.
