Rear-end collision on Route 132 in Hyannis

HYANNIS – At about 12:15 PM Friday afternoon there was a two-vehicle crash in front of A J Marks jewelry store located at 973 Iyannough Road (Route 132) in Hyannis. A Chevy Cruze and a Toyota Rav4 had collided. One driver was transported to Cape Cod Hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening. The other driver was treated and released at the scene. Traffic on Route 132 was backed up in both directions until the scene was cleared. Barnstable Police are investigating the crash.
