BOURNE – A rollover crash slowed the morning commute for a time in Bourne. The crash happened around 7:15 a.m. on Route 28 northbound before the Otis Rotary. The driver was able to get out of the vehicle and did not appear to be seriously injured. The crash is under investigation by State Police.
