SANDWICH – From Sandwich Police: SPD will be again be holding its annual women’s personal safety class. Class dates are 10/29, 11/1, 11/8, and 11/15. Class is held from 5:30-9 PM each day. The class will be held at the Sand Hill School at 16 Dewey Ave. Registration is done through the Sandwich Recreation Department website and is free of charge. Instructors are Sergeant Gilrein, Officer Cabral, Officer Kent and Lois Wack. Female members of SPD are RAD self-defense instructors and are excited to share their knowledge. Class space is limited and commitment to attend all four classes is needed. Sign up quick it fills up fast!
