Sandwich Police investigating malicious destruction and graffiti to parking spaces at high school


SANDWICHFrom Sandwich Police: On Friday October 4, 2019 at approximately 10:30 PM, the Sandwich Police Department was called to the parking lot of Sandwich High School for a report of Malicious Destruction. Upon returning from an away football game one of the students found his parking space had been marred by graffiti depicting a swastika and male genitalia.

Sandwich High School students were allowed to personalize their own parking spaces using paint if they assisted with fund raising for UNICEF. This space was painted with a Volkswagen symbol and the letters APR (A Parts Manufacturer)

The investigation is ongoing.
