CAPE COD – Torrential downpours moved across Cape Cod Thursday morning. Ponding of water was reported on some roads. Rainfall estimates of a half to 1.75 inches of rain were reported. A few power outages from the gusty winds bringing down limbs were reported. The largest outage was in Bourne where 120 Eversource customers were in the dark. Provincetown Firefighters were called to douse a fire in a mini-van at the Bay Colony Condos at 690 Commercial Street.
