YARMOUTH – Yarmouth Police report that on Thursday, the Police Proactive Anti-Crime and Detective Units coordinated a short investigation that led to the arrest of Kenneth E. Silva, 48, of Sharon, MA. Silva is charged with Deriving Support From Prostitution MGL C.272 S.7 . Detectives developed probable cause that Mr. Silva was using #88 Wilfin Rd. in S. Yarmouth as a base of operation for a prostitution operation.
