HYANNIS – A small plane landed safely after declaring an emergency shortly after 3 PM Tuesday. The pilot of the twin engine King Air plane reported a possible issue with the landing gear. A flyby revealed the gear was down but it could not be confirmed if it was locked. The plane set down safely with airport and Hyannis firefighters standing by. Neither of the two people on board were injured.
