Three arrested in separate incidents on Monday in Wareham

Constance Raleigh

WAREHAM – On Monday at about 12:15 p.m., Wareham Police received a report of an erratic driver who had almost struck other vehicles on I-195 eastbound. Further reports indicated that the vehicle had exited the highway and pulled into the parking near the Five Guys Burgers. A witness then reported that a female had exited the car. Ofc. Eric Machado approached her. After investigation, the operator identified as Constance Raleigh, 48, of Falmouth was placed under arrest for operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense), and indecent exposure. Raleigh was transported to Wareham Police Headquarters where she was processed and was due in Wareham District Court on Tuesday.

Teena Hill

Later Monday about 4 PM, Teena Hill, 46, of East Wareham was located on Merchants Way, and it was determined there were two active warrants for her. She was arrested by Ofc. Nate Aronson and transported to the station for processing and held for arraignment Tuesday morning.

Peter Senecal

About 6:22 p.m., Ofc. Joseph Cardoza responded to Longwood Avenue for a reported disturbance and located Peter Senecal, 62, of Onset at the scene yelling loudly. Ofc. Cardoza then placed Senecal under arrest after determining he had an outstanding warrant. He was processed at the station and set for arraignment on Tuesday.
