Three injured in head-on crash; no injuries in Corvette vs tree in Yarmouth

YARMOUTH – Three people were injured in a head-on crash in Yarmouth around 9:45 PM Thursday evening. The crash happened on Route 28 at Long Pond Road. The victims were taken to Cape Cod Hospital with unknown injuries. Yarmouth Police are investigating. Traffic was slowed in the area while the scene was worked.

Earlier in the evening a Corvette slammed into a utility pole on Station Avenue. Both occupants were uninjured. Yarmouth Police are investigating that crash as well.
