PROVINCETOWN – Three people were rescued by the Provincetwin Harbormaster Monday. The three became stranded by an astronomically high tide which inundates parts of the West End Breakwater with water with a dangerously strong current. The Harbormaster has been proactively patrolling the area after several incidents, some of which resulted in people being pulled into the water and carried away. Monday’s response came after the three were seen waving for help. No injuries were reported.
