TISBURY – Tisbury Police report that their officers were flagged down by a civilian who advised them that a man in a wheelchair had fallen off the dock at Owen Park. Due to the quick actions of a woman on scene and with the assistance of the police, EMS and fire, the man was safely removed from the water and transported to Martha’s Vineyard Hospital.
