HYANNIS – A two year old suffered burns to their feet after reportedly stepping on hot coals. The incident happened sometime after 2 p.m. at Veteran’s Beach off Ocean Street in Hyannis. The victim was taken by ambulance to Barnstable Municipal Airport to meet a MedFlight helicopter for transport to Hasbro Children’s Hospital in Providence.
