YARMOUTH – From Yarmouth Police: 50 Veterans from all of America will be riding bicycles in a group in Yarmouth on Friday morning September 13 starting at 8:30AM.
Bicyclists will be escorted by Police Officers and riding from the Red Jacket Resort in South Yarmouth to the Cape Cod Rail Trail in Harwich and then back.
Citizens are encouraged stand out and show your support and to travel extra carefully when traveling through the area.
Ride Route
• South Shore Drive to South Street to Old Main Street.
• Old Main Street to Station Avenue
• Enter bike trail at Station Avenue bridge
• Ride along bike trail to Harwich
• Return on bike trail and exit at North Main Street in South Yarmouth
• North Main Street to Pleasant Street
• Pleasant Street to River Street
• River Street to South Street and then back on South Shore Drive.
Ride will end at 1130 at Red Jacket Resort
