CENTERVILLE – One person was taken to Cape Cod Hospital for evaluation after a reported head-on crash in Centerville. The crash happened about 3:15 PM at the intersection of Falmouth Road (Route 28) and Old Stage Road. Traffic was tied up in the area while the scene was worked. The crash is under investigation by Barnstable Police.
