Two East Falmouth Women Arrested on Drug Charges

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report that a traffic stop led to the arrest of two women on Thursday, one for trafficking cocaine and the second for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. 

Officers conducted a traffic stop on a gray 2016 Mitsubishi SUV on Waquoit Highway at 7:52 pm on Thursday. The driver was identified as 46-year-old Heidi DeBarros of East Falmouth (right). There were three other occupants in the car, including 31-year-old Tinana Oakley-Perry of East Falmouth (left).

During a search, officers found Oakley-Perry in possession of over 20 grams of cocaine and three strips of Suboxone. DeBarros was in possession of over 7 grams of cocaine and six Methadone pills.

Oakley-Perry was charged with trafficking cocaine (18 grams or more), other drug possession charges, and conspiracy to violate the drug laws.  DeBarros was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, other drug possession charges, and conspiracy to violate the drug laws.      

Both parties were due to be arraigned Friday at Falmouth District Court.
