PROVINCETOWN – Two men reportedly fell into the chilly waters of Provincetown Harbor shortly after 2 p.m. According to reports, the men were attempting to board a fishing vessel when one of them slipped and both fell into the water. Provincetown Harbormaster personnel responded and got the victims out of the water. Both were evaluated by EMTS for possible hypothermia but both declined to go to the hospital.
