WEST YARMOUTH – At about 5:30 PM Wednesday, there was a two-vehicle accident on Route 28 near the Bayside Resort in West Yarmouth. A Toyota sedan and a Buick sedan collided head-on. Two people were transported to Cape Cod Hospital with unknown injuries. Traffic was backed up in both directions until the scene was cleared, Yarmouth Police are investigating the crash.
