TRURO – Two people were injured in a crash in Truro about 8:45 a.m. Friday. According to reports, a car was attempting to pull out of the Savory and Sweet Escape restaurant onto Route 6 when it was struck by a second vehicle. The injured were taken to Cape Cod Hospital with injuries that were not believed to be life-threatening. The driver of the first vehicle was cited for failing to use care on a state highway.
