PROVINCETOWN – An apparent underground fault caused power disruptions in Provincetown late Tuesday morning. Most customers were quickly restored but those in the far west end where the problem was reported were still experiencing outages. As of 6 p.m., 42 customers were still without power. Eversource crews are working to restore service.
