PROVINCETOWN – A vehicle rolled over on Provincelands Road in Provincetown. The crash happened in the Cape Cod National Seashore just beyond Herring Cove Beach near the area known as the “quarter mile” around 1:30 PM. The driver of the Toyota Highlander was identified as Joshua Poicner, 39, of Provincetown. He reportedly told Provincetown Police that he lost control of the vehicle in the roadway and flipped over. He was able to get out of the vehicle and was taken to Cape Cod Hospital for evaluation. The crash is under investigation by U.S. Park Rangers and Provincetown Police certified crash reconstructionist Kevin Spoor.
