YARMOUTH – On Friday, Yarmouth Division of Natural Resources (DNR) officers responded and rescued 8 ducklings that had fallen into a storm drain in Yarmouth. The officer on the ground was able to reach in and collect each duckling one by one. Once each duckling was retrieved from the drain they were reunited with the anxious mother closely watching the rescue.
The video above shows the mother being reunited with her chicks and a happy ending for this stressed parent.
