Wareham man arrested for OUI after crashing into parked car

WAREHAM – Wareham Police report that on Saturday at about 3:20 PM, Ofc. Stephen Joy was on patrol and observed a white Toyota in the area of 448 Main Street allegedly strike a parked car. The parked vehicle was pushed about 30 feet, and Ofc. Joy immediately stopped to render aid and investigate the crash.

After investigation, the operator Martin Roderick, 60, of Wareham was charged with operating under the influence of liquor, and operating negligently to endanger. There were no injuries as a result of the crash.
