PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On May 6th at 8:14 p.m. Ofc. Christopher Landry arrested
Thomas A. Kinard, 41, of Provincetown who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Operating without a license
Defective equipment
Assault and battery on a police officer

On May 8th at 9:58 p.m. Ofc. Christopher Landry arrested
Scott L. Menangas, 35, of Provincetown who was charged with
Assault and battery
Intimidating a witness
Destruction of property

TRURO – Truro Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On May 4th at 6:25 p.m. Ofc. Leo Rose arrested
Charles Henry Ireland Foltz, 54, of Truro who was charged with
Operating without a license

On May 10th at 8:36 p.m. Ofc. James Bragdon arrested
Myles H. MacKay, 59, of North Truro who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report the following arrest. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On May 7th at 4:39 p.m.
Shannelle K. Chisholm, 26, of Mashpee was charged with
Operating after suspension

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report the following arrest for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On May 4th at 12:23 a.m.
Liam K. Naples of East Sandwich was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Leaving the scene of property damage

On May 4th at 1:47 p.m.
Daniel Gascoyne of Plymouth, MA was charged with
Operating after license revoked
Speeding

On May 7th at 6:07 p.m.
Amanda Christine Jurczuk of Sandwich was charged with
Warrant arrest

On May 8th at 7:03 p.m.
Ryan Sullivan of Sandwich was charged with
Minor in possession of alcohol
and
Sidney Miller of Sandwich was charged with
Minor in possession of alcohll
and
Leah L. Noonan of Marstons Mills was charged with
Minor in possession of alcohol

On May 10th at 7:46 p.m.
Sean T. Welch of Needham, MA was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Marked lanes violation
No license on possession

Todd Michael Blair, 34, of Hyannis was charged with

Christopher Noble Arthur, 24, of Norwood, MA was charged with

On May 5th at 3:35 p.m.
Suzanne M. Sullivan, 61, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

On May 6th at 5:38 a.m.
Robert M. Smith, 30, of East Wareham, MA was charged with
Operating after license suspended or revoked (subsequent offense)

John F. Woods III, 46, of Mashpee was charged with

Kirk M. Bater, 30, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On May 7th at 6:20 p.m.
Devon Almeida-Paul, 27, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On May 8th at 9:52 a.m.
Samantha A. Farrell, 29, of Waquoit was charged with
Trespassing

On May 8th at 7:32 p.m.
Anthony M. Hathaway, 26, of Pocasset was charged with
Possession of a Class A substance

On May 9th at 12:35 p.m.
Raul Figueroa, 34, of Falmouth was charged with
Possession of a Class A substance
Possession of a CLass E substance
Warrant arrest (3 counts)

Operating after license suspended or revoked

On May 10th at 6:22 p.m.
Tianna Oakley-Perry, 28, of East Falmouth was charged with
Trafficking in heroin
Possession with intent to distribute a Class C substance
Possession of a Class B substance
Possession of a Class E substance
Drug violation near a school/park

BOURNE – Bourne Police report for the past week they responded to 558 calls for service that resulted in 40 investigations, 11 accident reports, and 106 motor vehicle citations/warnings. There were 23 arrests.
