PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrest for the past week:
On January 24th at 8:36 p.m. Ofc. Jefferson T. Willis arrested
Jared J. Chianciola, 39, of Eastham who was charged with
Operating after license suspended

TRURO – Truro Police report no arrests for the past week.

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report no arrests for the past week.

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On January 23rd at 10:24 a.m.
Kelsey M. Ivers of New Bedford, MA was charged with
Operating after license suspended for OUI
Defective exhaust
MV not meeting safety standards

On January 25th at 3:43 p.m.
Mark R. Cote of Forestdale was charged with
Warrant arrest

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On January 24th at 4:57 p.m.
a 17-year-old juvenile was charged with
Warrant arrest
Assault and battery on a police officer (2 counts)
Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon
Disturbing the peace
Disorderly conduct
Resisting arrest
Threatening to commit a crime (murder)

On January 25th at 9:10 p.m.
Zachary B. Bryden, 40, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest
Breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor
Trespassing

On January 26th at 8:25 p.m.
David E. Torres, 55, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligent to endanger
Missing/noisy/altered muffler
