Weekly police department arrests/reports 10/02/18

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrest for the past week:
On September 24th at 6:49 p.m. Ofc. Simon Saliba arrested
Thomas J. Czyoski, 68, of Provincetown who was charged with
Trespassing
Warrant arrest (4 counts)

TRURO – Truro Police report the following arrest for the past week:
On September 28th at 1:30 a.m. Ofc. Kylee Larrabee arrested
Eugene Jiles Jr., 26, of Watertown, MA who was charged with
Operating after license suspended (subsequent offense)
Number plate violation
Warrant arrest

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report the following arrest for the past week:
On September 30th
Annette Medina, 61, of Provincetown was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On September 24th at 2:24 p.m.
John N. Palazzola, 46, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

On September 26th at 12:15 p.m.
Rory N. Edwards, 36, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On September 28th at 12:01 p.m.
Sean Fenner Miller, 51, of Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (3rd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Fail to drive in right lane
Speeding

On September 28th at 8:58 p.m.
Christopher Carignan, 51, of Kensington, NH was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Leaving scene of property damage
Fail to stop or yield

On September 29th at 1:31 a.m.
Randall P. Jenkins, 55, of Plymouth, MA was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Fail to stop for police
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle

On September 28th at 2:22 a.m.
Justin E. Skzlasz, 35, of Pittsfield, MA was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)
