PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On October 2nd at 6:20 p.m. Sgt. Thomas Koumanelis arrested
Brian Marc Silva, 36, of Sagamore who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
On October 6th at 1:26 p.m. Ofc. Michael McCauley arrested
Douglas E. Robinson, 54, of Roxbury, MA who was charged with
Shoplifting by concealing merchandise (2 counts)

TRURO – Truro Police report no arrests for the past week.
BREWSTER – Brewster Police report the following arrests for the past month:
On September 1st at 6:17 p.m.
Amy L. Harris, 53, of Lincoln, MA was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle
On September 2nd at 1:15 a.m.
Eric D. Kinton, 48, of Harwich was charged iwth
Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon
and
Paul D. Nuckmiller, 53, of Brewster was cahrged with
Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon
On September 5th at 4:25 p.m.
Alan C. Mann, 53, of Harwich was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (4th offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
On September 6th at 7:56 p.m.
Louis A. Ciccarelli, 56, of Brewster was charged with
Indencent assualt and battery on a person 14 or over
Disorderly conduct
On September 8th at 4:19 a.m.
Luis J. Diaz, 39, of Harwich was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
On September 8th at 10:51 p.m.
Tyler J. Tomasek, 45, of Orleans was charged with
Trespassing
On September 21st at 5:45 p.m.
Tyler W. Sears, 20, of Brewster was charged with
Operating after license suspended
On September 24th at 1:27 p.m.
William M. Eifert, 72, of Brewster was charged with
Violating a harassment prevention order
On September 25th at 4:03 p.m.
Bart J. Lawlor, 38, of Brewster was charged with
Criminal harassment

Kedeen R. Bailey, 23, of Osterville was charged with
Warrant arrest
