Weekly police department arrests/reports 10/15/19

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On October 9th at 11:40 p.m. Sgt. Christopher Landry arrested
Michael J. Dreyer, 46, of Provincetown who was charged with
Operating after license suspended (subsequent offense)
Uninspected vehicle

On October 11th at 1:56 a.m. Sgt. Christopher Landry arrested
David C. Hawkins, 58, of Vineyard Haven, MA was charged with
Warrant arrest

On October 13th at 11:06 p.m. Sgt. Kevan Spoor arrested
William C. Larkin, 74, of Orange, MA was charged with
Warrant arrest

TRURO – Truro Police report the following arrest for the past week:
On October 8th at 3:22 p.m. Ofc. Andrew Stabbard arrested
Badreldin Mohamed Sidik, 19, of Chelsea, MA who was charged with
Breaking and entering to commit a misdemeanor

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report no arrests for the past week:

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On October 8th at 11:40 a.m.
Mark Anthony Bergbuchler, 25, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

On October 8th at 7::48 p.m.
John M. Souza, 45, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Unregistered vehicle
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle

On October 11th at 5:59 a.m.
Kyle D. Wallace, 30, of Falmouth was charged with
Possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance

On October 13th at 8:14 p.m.
Nancy Wyatt, 66, of Falmouth was cahrged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
