Weekly police department arrests/reports 10/23/18

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police advise no reportable arrests for the past week.

TRURO – Truro Police report the following arrest for the past week:
On October 15th at 9:34 p.m. Ofc. Sarah Lake arrested
Kayla Faith Majors, 28. of Hyannis was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating under the influence of drugs
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Fail to use care in stopping
Fail to signal

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report no arrests for the past week.

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On October 15th at 4:15 p.m.
Tina M. Melvin, 44, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On October 15th at 10:35 p.m.
Christopher S. McNally, 30, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On October 16th at 8:35 p.m.
Christopher J. Cusack, 53, of Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Fail to stop for police
Uninspected vehicle
Litter, trash from MV

On October 16th at 9:40 p.m.
Julio C. O’Casio, 27, of Waquoit was charged with
Disorderly conduct
Assault

On October 17th at 4:06 p.m.
Robert Andrew Finney, 45, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On October 17th at 10:16 p.m.
Michalla R. Cipro, 28, of Worcester, MA was charged with
Possession of a Class A substance
Warrant arrest

On October 19th at 9:15 p.m.
Shane A. Sacchetti, 31, of Mashpee was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Speeding

On October 20th at 10:47 a.m.
Andrew Lance Sargent, 35, of East Falmouth was charged with
Indecent assault and battery on a child under 14

On October 20th at 6:59 p.m.
Ronald S. Hazelton, 49, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (4th offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Leaving the scene of property damage
