Weekly police department arrests/reports 12/04/18

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On November 30th at 7:16 p.m. Ofc. Christopher Landry arrested
Brittany A. Wojcik, 29, of Provincetown who was charged with
Shoplifting by concealing merchandise

TRURO – Truro Police report no arrests for the past week.

BREWSTER – Brewster Police report the following arrests for the past month:
On November 1st at 8:29 p.m.
Georgia McDonald, 32, of Brewster was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

On November 9th at 1:10 a.m.
Brian Kenneth Kalinowski, 33, of Harwich was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Speeding in violation of special regulation

On November 14th at 10:28 p.m.
Lewis A. Gray Jr., 64, of Brewster was charged with
Operating after license suspended (subsequent offense)
Operating after license suspended for OUI

On November 20th at 6:55 a.m.
Jameson G. Law, 23, of Brewster was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On November 26th at 6:39 p.m.
Diana M. Carlino, 40, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On November 26th at 8:20 p.m.
Carl A. Todd, 59, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle

On November 30th at 4:18 p.m.
Joseph C. Jackson II, 29, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Carrying a dangerous weapon
Speeding

On December 1st at 4:56 p.m.
Brianna Hendricks, 19, of Teaticket was chaarged with
Possession of a Class A substance (2 counts)
Possession with the intent to distribute a Class A substance

On December 2nd at 5:40 p.m.
Edward A. Sands, 94, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
