Weekly police department arrests/reports 12/18/18

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report no arrests for the past week.

TRURO – Truro Police report the following arrest for the past week:
On December 15th at 9:10 p.m. Ofc. Andrew Stabbard arrested
Patrick J. Drummey, 43, of Truro was charged with
Operating under the influence of drugs
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Leaving the scene of property damage
State highway violation

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report the following arrest for the past week:
On December 16th at 4:31 p.m.
Darren F. Devine, 27, of Hyannis was charged with
Breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony (2 counts)
Vandalism to property
Trespassing

– Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On December 10th at 9:38 p.m.
Brendan Brady Curran, 22, of Woburn was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating under the influence of drugs
Operating negligently to endanger
Disorderly conduct
Speeding

On December 11th at 5:13 a.m.
Milteer H, Henricks, 57, of East Falmouth was charged with
Possession of a Class B substance (subsequent offense)
and
Lisa Marie Taylor, 52, of East Falmouth was charged with
Possession of a Class B substance (subsequent offense)
Possession of a Class E substance
and
Tianna Oakley-Perry, 32, of East Falmouth was charged with
Possession with intent to distribute a Class C substance
and
Michelle L. Goulary, 45, of Falmouth was charged with
Possession of a Class B substance
and
Antone R. Perry, 52, of East Falmouth was charged with
Possession of a firearm without a FID card
Improper storage of a firearm
and
Heido DeBarros, 47, of East Falmouth was charged with
Possession of a Class B substance (subsequent offense)
Possession of a Class B substance (subsequent offense)
Possession of a Class E substance

On December 12th at 3:29 p.m.
Barry D. Tipton, 58, of Falmouth was charged with
Malicious destruction of property
