Weekly police department arrests/reports 2/05/19

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past two weeks:
On January 26th at 7:11 p.m. Ofc. Jefferson Willis arrested
David S. Strobel, 51, of Centerville who was charged with
Trespassing

On February 1st at 7:29 p.m. Ofc. Jefferson Willis arrested
Danville S. Brown, 38, of Provincetown who was charged with
Fail to stop or yield
Fail to stop for police officer
Assault and battery on a police officer
Disorderly conduct
Possession of a Class B substance

On February 2nd at 7:40 p.m. Ofc. Shannon Beloin arrested
Ronald McFadden Jr., 58, of Dennis Port who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Improper operation of a motor vehicle

TRURO – Truro Police report no arrests for the past week.

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report no arrests for the past week.

BREWSTER – Brewster Police report the following arrests for the past month:
On January 13th at 8:27 p.m.
Dominique Mercure, 30, of Brewster was charged with
Operating without a license
Failing to identify self to police officer
Speeding
Warrant arrest

On January 17th at 6:53 a.m.
John Quinten Hess, 42, of Eastham was charged with
Operating after license suspended (subsequent offense)
Speeding

On January 18th at 7:12 p.m.
Jeanne E. Santos, 36, of Brewster was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Operating after license suspended
Operating after registration suspended
Uninsured vehicle
Uninspected vehicle
No license in possession

On January 26th at 12:46 a.m.
Jasmine Nala James, 29, of Yarmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Speeding
Sending/reading electronic message (texting)

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On January 28th at 9:04 p.m.
Candace Niskala, 31, of Mashpee was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

On January 29th at 9:03 p.m.
Michael W. Allen, 33, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest (4 counts)

On January 30th at 5:18 p.m.
Sarah A. Dinopoulos, 53, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On January 31st at 10:44 p.m.
David James Marathas, 57, of Plymouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

Brittany K. Almeida, 29, of Bourne was charged with
Warrant arrest

On February 2nd at 1:55 a.m.
Shallana Lacy Medina, 33, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating after license suspended or revoked

Resisting arrest
Speeding

On February 3rd at 1:03 a.m.
Michael John Kennedy, 28, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
