On February 5th at 9:57 p.m. Ofc. Emmett Catanese arrested
Christopher Tevis Ballard, 36, of Plymouth, MA who was charged with
Operating after license suspended (subsequent offense)

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On February 4th at 6:13 p.m.
Patrick Quinn Shea, 42, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest
On February 5th at 4:56 p.m.
Brenden I. Murphy, 25, of Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle
Speeding
On February 6th at 1:12 p.m.
Tina M. Melvin, 44, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)
On February 6th at 10:53 p.m.
Brandon L. Pina, 28, of Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Speeding
On February 9th at 5:15 p.m.
David Wayne Martin, 32, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest
