On February 16th at 1:00 a.m. Sgt. Kevan Spoor arrested
Phoebe Cathrine Hamilton, 34, of Eastham who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Fail to stop or yield
On February 17th at 2:08 p.m. Ofc. Jason Sullivan arrested
Gerald Particelli, 61, of Provincetown who was charged with
Disorderly conduct

On February 16th at 11:34 p.m.
Amber Seyffert, 40, of Provincetown was charged with
Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon
