Weekly police department arrests/reports 2/20/18

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrest for the past week:
On February 12th at 9:12 a.m. Ofc. Jefferson T. Willis arrested
Jaime Mychael DeLuisa, 33, of Provincetown who was charged with
Warrant arrest

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report no arrests for the past week.

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On February 15th at 3:37 p.m.
Anthony Johnson of Harwich was charged with
Possession with intent to distribute a counterfeit drug
and
Sean M. Ritchie of West Harwich was charged with
Possession with intent to distribute a Class C substance
Possession with intent to distribute a Class D substance
Possession with intent to distribute a counterfeit drug
Number plate violation
No license in possession

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On February 12th at 1:59 p.m.
Brian K. Bourque, 46, of Waquoit was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligent to endanger
Marked lanes violation

On February 15th at 1:51 p.m.
Jorge L. Guzman, 38, of East Falmouth was charged with
Trafficking in heroin/morphone/opium
Possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance (2 counts)
Possession with intent to distribute a Class D substance
Conspiracy the controlled substance act
and
Brenda Montalvo, 40, of Falmouth was charged with
Trafficking in heroin/morphone/opium
Possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance
Possession with intent to distribute a Class D substance
Possession of a CLass B substance
Conspiracy the controlled substance act

On February 18th at 10:24 p.m.
Michael R. Barry, 35, of East Falmlouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Leaving the scene of property damage (2 counts)
