Weekly police department arrests/reports – 2/27/18

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrest for the past week:
On February 24th at 12:42 a.m. Ofc. Jefferson T. Willis arrested
Rafe Emond, 49, of Wellfleet who was charged with
Operating after license suspended (subsequent offense)
Traveling on a restricted way

TRURO – Truro Police report no arrests for the past week.

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report no arrests for the past week.

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On February 21st at 10:19 p.m.
Paul J. Petersen, 31, of East Sandwich was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle
Speeding

On February 23rd at 11:00 p.m.
Anthony Mendoza, 26, of Hyannis was charged with
Operating after license suspended (subsequent offense)
Uninspected
Obstructed/non transparent windows

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On February 20th at 12:11 a.m.
Justin Walsh, 29, pof Falmouth was charged with
Malicious destruction of property
Disturbing the peace
Disorderly conduct
Assault
Threating to commit a crime
and
Sylvia J. Sylvester, 54, of Mashpee aws charged with
Breaking and entering with the intent to commit a misdemeanor
Intimidating a witness
Malicious destruction of property
Disturbing the peace
Threating to commit a crime
and
Megan Marie Medeiros, 24, of Mashpee was charged with
Intimidating a witness
Malicious destruction of property
Disturbing the peace
Threating to commit a crime
and
Sara Ann Medeiros, 29, of Mashpee was charged with
Malicious destruction of property over $250
Intimidating a witness
Disturbing the peace
Threating to commit a crime

On February 20th at 12:51 p.m.
Chad J. Geggatt, 20, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

On February 22nd at 5:05 p.m.
Dakoda C. Coady, 24, of Sutton, MA was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating under the influence of drugs
Operating negligently to endanger
Leaving the scene of property damage
Warrant arrest

On February 23rd at 12:14 a.m.
David J. Lemay, 30, of Halifax, MA was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

On February 23rd at 4:29 p.m.
Mark David Rosenfield, 59, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest
