Weekly police department arrests/reports 3/13/18

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On March 9th at 12:34 a.m. Ofc. Christopher Landry arrested
Mia Rachael Surro, 33, of Wellfleet who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Vehicle not meeting safety standards

On March 11th at 12:48 a.m. Sgt. Kevan Spoor arrested
Crescencio Paul Aguilar-Castillo, 46, of Provincetown who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report the following arrests for the past week: On March 5th at 10:57 a.m.
Kaitlin Erin Aherne of Forestdale was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

On March 6th at 6:50 p.m.
Colin F. Crane of Sandwich was charged with
Posession with intent to distribute a Class A substance
and
Clay H. DiPietro of Sandwich was charged with
Posession with intent to distribute a Class A substance

On March 7th at 5:13 p.m.
Joseph A. Vaudo of East Sandwich was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Marked lanes violation

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On March 6th at 4:06 p.m.
Sara Eleanor Pacheco, 34, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest (5 counts)

On March 7th at 9:13 p.m.
Rocco Gomes, 29, of Monument Beach was charged with
Operating after license suspended or revoked
Open container of marijuana in a vehicle
